21’ 1965 Lyman runabout with original Gray Marine engine. Well maintained with the following work performed by Duke Marine in Port Carling, Ontario: transom replacement along with multiple ribs and bottom planking replaced as needed; new vinyl flooring, new stainless gas tank, complete engine and transmission overhaul. Owner maintenance in 2023 includes five coats fresh varnish, fresh hull paint, fresh bilge and cuddy storage paint; all chrome replated. New cushions made by Nielsen Canvas with same material and color, and original cushions retained. Full mooring cover, tonneau, side curtains and aft cover all manufactured by Nielsen Canvas.
