Join us for our annual Beach Party!

This year's location will be the beach along Cedar Point Road (Chaussee) - located east of Cedar Point and west of Sheldon Marsh (coordinates N41.27.27  W82.39.15)

This is a beautiful spot, hosted by LBOA Trustee John May at his home along the Cedar Point Chaussee. Our 2025 Beach Party will be amazing as we have clear, calm waters with a very gradual drop and a quiet sandy beach area. No registration is required - just show up sometime between 11:00am-4:00pm. Bring your own drinks, your snacks and your own floats. Because this is John's private property - grills and coolers are welcome on the beach. (If the weather is rough on the lake, we will move the beach party behind the house in Sandusky Bay - John's property has lake in front and bay in the back).  Look for other Lymans anchored on the beach - it will be easy to spot as there isn't much boat traffic in this area.

The added beauty of this location is if you want to attend by car, there is plenty of parking available a few doors down.

DAY OF THE EVENT: Monitor marine radio Channel 72 for updates on exact location and status.
